Stride

Mark’s partnership with engineer/producer Linken Olsen led to this upbeat collection of original work. Olsen brought in singer-songwriter-pianist Colleen Cordis, at about the same time Mark and bassist, Tyler Lynch began working on arrangements for a new CD. The result was a group called The Magic Turtle Band, and the polished R&B vibe which permeates Stride. “Cosmic Sympathy,” “On the Radio” and the Fesche-Ransom collaboration, “Country Girl,” reflect Mark’s interest in psychology and underscore rich, soul-perspectives.
